At Klatch Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for merchandise and equipment.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Review Eligibility

    Ensure your item is in its original packaging and unused. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted whole bean coffee cannot be returned once opened.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them to our San Dimas roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
